1/2 pd bacon
1 lb ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can of sliced mushrooms (8 oz)
2 cans kidney beans (12 oz each)
1 can corn nibblets (12 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
2 tbsp. Gebhardts Chili Powder
1 can diced tomatoes ( 12 oz)
1 package wide noodles, (8 oz)
1 pd cheddar cheese
salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 350. It's important to cook these ingredients in order. Use a dutch oven to cook all ingredients. Dice bacon and fry until done. Drain bacon grease and set bacon aside. Brown ground beef and set aside. Boil noodles. drain and set aside. Grate cheese and set aside. Dice bell pepper and saute. Dice onion and saute. Add chili powder, tomato sauce, mushrooms, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cooked noodles, bacon and ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover top with cheese and place in oven and cook for 1 hour.
