1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices turkey pepperoni
1 t. oregano
1 t. dried basil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Rub oregano and basil over chicken breasts.
3. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken; cook until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side.
4. Pour half the spaghetti sauce into large baking dish. Lay chicken breasts on top. Coat chicken with remaining half of the the spaghetti sauce. Scatter mozzarella cheese over sauce. Arrange 6 pepperoni slices over each chicken breast.
5. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
6. Serve with pasta or salad.

Andrew and I were watching an episode of Chuck and they were talking about his favorite recipe of Chicken Pepperoni and it just sounded amazing, so I looked it up and found this recipe. Easy to make and the chicken is juicy after baking!
