1 can Chicken Gumbo soup
1 small onion
3 Tbsp mustard
6 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar OR 1 Tbsp chili powder
Directions:

Brown meat, breaking it into small pieces
Add remaining ingredients, stir well
