Minute steaks - however many you need
canned green beans
sliced carrots
sliced onions
tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Flour the minute steaks and brown in dutch oven or very heavy skillet
Put a layer of steaks in dutch oven, then a layer of green beans, carrots, and onions
Then add another layer of minute steaks and vegetables
Almost cover with tomato juice
Bake at 325º - 350º for 1 hour - 1 1/4 hours.
Remove meat and vegetables
Thicken juices with flour to make a gravy
Serve with "riced" potatoes
