2 boxes of instant french vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
16 oz. cool whip

Icing:
2 oz unsweeten chocolate, melted
1½ c powered sugar
3 T butter
1 T Karo syrup
1 T vanilla
5-8 tsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding and milk until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. For the icing, mix the icing ingredients until well blended. Line a 9 X 13 pan with graham crackers. Spread half the pudding mixture on top of crackers. Layer more crackers and spread the rest of the pudding mixture. Layer one more time with graham crackers. Top with icing. Best to refrigerate overnight.
