3 - 5 lb. roast
2 c water
2 beef bouillon cubes
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. oregano
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Roast meat 2-3 hours or put in crock pot and cook on low overnight. Remove meat and slice thin. Add remaining ingredients to juices in crock pot or pan and add the meat back. If in pan simmer for 3 hours, covered. If in crock pot, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve on buns.
