2 lb.+ English Roast
1 packet Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion
1-3 tsp. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot

Pour envelope of beefy onion on top

Pour 1 cup of water over top

Cook on low for 6-7 hours

Take some of the juice out and put it into pot on stove

Stir together 1-3 tsp. of flour with water to make a paste

Stir in paste to juice over low heat until it thickens for gravy

Pour gravy back into crock pot and mix well and let it cook for about 30-60 minutes
