1 lb Haddock pieces, the thicker the better

1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

Butter

White wine

White American cheese

Garlic and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1 lb Haddock cut in pieces

Put the Haddock in a buttered Casserole dish. The thicker the Haddock the better,
If Haddock is thin then overlap the pieces

Add white wine to barely cover over the fish

Place white American cheese slices over the fish

Make mixture of crushed Ritz crackers (no substitutes), butter, little garlic, little pepper

Cover the American cheese with the Ritz cracker mixture

Place in 400 degree oven covered for about 25 minutes until the Haddock is white and flakes away
