2 lb chicken thighs bone-in
Salt and pepper
2 T olive oil
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T mustard
2 T Honey
6 cloves minced garlic
1/4 t red pepper flakes

⅜Preheat oven to 425บ
Place chicken thighs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the thighs and toss them well. Transfer the chicken thighs to a 9 x 13 pan lined with aluminum foil. Include any remaining sauce.
Bake 35 minutes or till thighs have internal temp of 165บ and skin is crispy. Remove from oven cover with aluminum foil and let set 10 min.
