For the crust:
* 1 package of yellow cake mix
* 1 stick of melted butter
* 1 egg

For the filling:
* 2 eggs
* 8 oz. of softened cream cheese
* 1 lb. of confectioners sugar

For the crust:
* Mix together the ingredients and press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.

For the filling:
* Make sure eggs are beaten. After, mix together and pour over the crust.

* Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

I did not realize these were only known in Kentucky until I started going to school in Alabama. My mom would send me with batches when I came down south, and my friends loved them so much that she started making some for them as well. Now everyone else can make them themselves as well :).
