3 Pounds Chicken Wings
6 Tablespoons Soy sauce
4 Tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
2 or 3 Teaspoons Chinese Five Spice
2 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon Granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Split the chicken wings at the knuckle. Mix the remaining ingredients until smooth. For a hotter sauce, add the cayenne. Pour mixture over wings, cover and marinate in the fridge overnight.

Heat grill to medium-high heat and grill for 10-20 minutes until wings are crispy and internal temperature reaches 160F.

May be a good recipe to try in the Air Fryer.
