2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups any A-Z ingredient (see below)
1 tablespoon vanilla

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and A-Z ingredients of choice. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nuts. Once combined, add to bowl with wet ingredients. Pour into two greased 8x4 loaf pans and bake at 325º for 55-60 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan

A-Z Ingredients
Apples - peeled and shredded
Bananas - mashed
Blueberries
Carrots - shredded
Coconut
Canned pumpkin
Raisins
Rhubarb
Raspberries
Squash
Zucchini

Anything goes - use your imagination! You can also make combinations of A-Z ingredients (i.e. pumpkin zucchini or blueberry banana)
