1½ C Minute Rice (Uncooked)
1 Chicken cut up or chicken breasts
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can Cream of Celery soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in bottom of a casserole dish sprayed with pam
Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice
Combine all three soups and add vinegar
Bake at 225º for 1½ -2 hours
After chicken browns cover for remaining time
