1 pkg. white cake
1 pkg. 3 oz. strawberry jello
½ c. Wesson oil
½ c. water
½ pkg. frozen strawberries thawed or ½ c. fresh mashed berries
4 eggs
FROSTING:
1 cube soft butter
½ pkg. mashed berries
1 pkg. powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix white cake mix and strawberry jello. Add Wesson oil, water, strawberries, and eggs (beat after each egg). Beat well & place in two 9" greased and floured pan. Beat each pan 15 times on countertop to remove air bubbles. Bake @ 350º for 25 minutes. FROSTING: Beat butter, berries, and powdered sugar. Ice cake.
