Chuck Roast
1 Pkt Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Pkt Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 Stick Butter
Pepperonici Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Place chuck roast in the bottom of crock pot. Other type roasts do not work well with this recipe. Sprinkle dry ranch dressing on top of roast and Au Jus mix on top of the dressing. Cut up the stick of butter and place it across the top. Place 5 or 6 peppers on the top of everything.

Do not add liquid!

Cook on low 6 - 8 hours or on high for 4 - 6 hours.

If you like you can add potatoes, carrots, etc., under the roast.
