1-lb. fresh broccoli cut into spears
1-10½ oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 T. lemon juice
⅔ cup milk
½ cup mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup croutons

Directions:
Directions:
In sprayed 9x13 baking pan, lay broccoli spears. In medium mixing bowl, mix together soup, milk lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add cheese and mix well. Pour over broccoli. In small bowl mix together butter and croutons. Spread over top. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 12.
