2 eggs ,milk to equal 3/4 cup
1 cup flour
Salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix together and let rest 1 hour in refrigerator

Put in a squeeze bottle and stream into salted boiling water
Spetzel is cooked when it comes to top
Serve with parsley and butter.
