1/2 cup cannabutter
1/2 light cup corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Put your popped popcorn in a large bowl and preheat your oven to 250°F. Line two separate baking sheets with foil and set aside.


Place a saucepan over medium heat, add the cannabutter and allow it to melt. Stir in the syrup, sugar, and salt. Increase the heat to medium-high and then boil for 3-4 minutes without stirring.


Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the baking soda and vanilla extract. Continue stirring until the sauce is thick.


Pour the caramel sauce over your popcorn and stir gently to coat all the kernels. Transfer your caramel coated popcorn onto the baking sheets, spread the kernels evenly and place them in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes.


Remove your caramel potcorn from the oven and let it cool before eating. Stay lit!
