1 pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cup marsala or cooking sherry
2 tbs butter
Fresh or canned mushrooms
Salt/pepper and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Drench meat in salt pepper and garlic powder
Lightly drizzle meat with olive oil, melted butter or cooking spray
Pre-heat oven to 450
Roast meat for 15 to 20 minutes on each side
Take meat out and turn oven down to 350
Remove meat from pan and set aside
In same pan add marsala wine or sherry, butter and mushrooms. Bring to a boil on top of stove with meat scrapings.
Add tenderloin back to pan and bake an additional 30 minutes covered at 350

It is best to use a pan that can be used on top of stone and in the oven.
