2 large blocks of cream cheese
1 large tomato
1 Tbs garlic juice
1 cup vidalia or sweet onion
½ cup jalapeño peppers
6-8 banana peppers
12-14 oz frozen shrimp (popcorn is the best, otherwize cut others up)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients (except shrimp) into small pieces .
Melt cream cheese over low heat, stirring regularly.
Blend all other ingredients into cream cheese mixture — except for shrimp.
Thaw shrimp, make sure they are totally defrosted or dip will be runny. Blot shrimp with paper towels to be certain there is no water left.
Stir shrimp into cream cheese mixture—heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat

Best to refrigerate for an hour or so to blend the flavors. Can be reheated slightly to serve warm or serve cold.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Make a double batch if you want to serve a crowd.
