1 1/2 cups finely chopped bell peppers
(I have used pimento peppers and cubanelle's for some color)
1/2 cup finely chopped hot banana peppers
1 cup apple cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 box sure jell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together your peppers and vinegar in a sauce pan. Let it start to warm up and add the sure jell. Bring to a rolling boil and stir to keep from sticking. Boil for 2 minutes then add sugar. Let jelly boil for 3 minutes. Pour jelly into jars. Hot water bath for 10 minutes.
this is so good poured over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
