For 4-5 servings:

4 cups of vanilla ice cream
2 cups milk
10 thin mints (plus more for decoration whole or crumbled)
5-6 drops of food coloring if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, and cookies. Mix until you reach desired consistency. Add more milk if desired. Top with whole or crumbled cookies if desired.
