Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk, more as needed
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place the butter and milk into a saucepan. Heat slowly over low heat until the butter is completelymelted. Remove from heatr, and stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Line a 9 inch square pan with foil, and have the lining hang over enough to fold over later in order to protect fudge from drying out. Spray foil with cooking spray. Press the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, cover with additional foil or paper so that the fudge does not dry out. Chill until cool enough to handle, but don't let it become fully cold or is harder to cut. Remove from the pan by lifting the lining carefully. Remove the lining and cut fudge into squares. Store in container in fridge.

Super quick and easy!

*We call this fall fudge because we added fall themed sprinkles when fudge was still hot. Could be done for other seasons as well.
