10 ounce frozen spinach
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
garlic (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost spinach and squeeze off excess water . Add all ingredients and mix well .
Refrigerator Tips: You may add chopped green and red peppers as well as onions and parmesan cheese.
To make it superb :
Add 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese , 1/2 cup drained , canned water chestnuts ( chopped ) green onions 3/4 cup mayonnaise Serve with pumpernickel bread , crackers,
pita bread .... almost anything
