¾ c butter
½ c sugar
1½ c flour
¾ c ground hazelnuts
½ c apricot preserves

Toppings:
1½ cups melting chocolate or chips
1½ vanilla sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter until creamy; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add flour and ground hazelnuts. Mix until combined. Cover and chill for 2 hours minimum. Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut into 2 inch rounds with cookie cutter. Make small holes in half of the cookies rounds. Bake at 350º for 7-8 minutes. Glue baked cookies together using apricot preserves. When cool, roll in vanilla sugar or dip half of the cookie in melted chocolate.
