⅓ C butter
4 C hot mashed potatoes
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
¼ C sour cream
2 cloves crushed garlic
½ Tsp salt
¼ Tsp pepper
Paprika to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Stir butter into hot potatoes.

Whip cream cheese with sour cream until it is smooth and fluffy.
Stir this into mashed potatoes along with salt and pepper.

Spoon into buttered casserole.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
