1½ Lb hamburger
½ C chopped onion
2 15oz cans tomato sauce
2 Tab sugar
1 C water
1 lb grated cheese
1 packet enchilada sauce mix
1-2 cans sliced black olives
12-18 small tortillas
Crushed tortilla chips
Sour Cream
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, add hamburger, then brown.
Drain excess fat.

Add tomato sauce, sugar, water, olives, sauce mix and about ½ C of the cheese.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Spray 13x9 baking dish with pam.
Lay 6-9 tortillas in bottom pan.
Spread meat mix on top of tortillas, then layer remaining tortillas on top.
Cover tortillas with cheese and more sliced olives.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Cover pan with foil for 30 minutes, then remove for last 15 minutes.

Garnish with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa
