2 C sugar
2 C flour
2 eggs
½ Tsp baking soda
1 20oz can crushed pineapple w/juice
½ C chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 C brown sugar
½ stick butter, softened
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened

nuts for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, soda, pineapple and juice.

Add ½ C nuts.

Pour into 9x12 greased baking pan

Bake 40 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients in bowl until smooth.
Spread on cake while it is hot.

Sprinkle with nuts.
