2 round steaks cut thin
1 chopped onion
1 can sauerkraut (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the onions until brown. Add the sauerkraut to the onions and simmer for 10 minutes.

Spread sauerkraut mixture over uncooked steaks. Place kraut in center of steak, overlap to bring edges together and use toothpicks or string to hold together. Place in covered roaster at 325º about 1 hour.
