1cup almond meal
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
Handful chopped pecans
3 tbl plant based butter
2 tbl sugar

About 1/2-2/3 cup dates, blended with about 1/2 cup water in nutribullett, creating date purée.


3 cups fresh or frozen fruit
1 1/2 tbl tapioca or potato or corn starch
2 tbl sugar
About 1/3 cup date purée

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in bowl. Add almond flour, oatmeal and pecans, also date purée. Mix/crumble with hands.

Press 3/4 of it into greased pie plate.

Mix fruit of choice in bowl, and dust with the starch selected. Mix. Add remaining date purée and mix.

Place fruit in pie plate on top of oatmeal mixture. Crumble remaining topping on top.

Cover with foil and bake about an hour. Remove foil and bake until golden brown.
