1 can whole tomatoes (San Marzano if you can find)
2 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 medium onion
5-6 slices prosciutto cut up
1/4 cup vodka
16oz heavy cream
1 1/2 cup grated parmigiana or romano cheese
Sal and pepper to taste
1 pound rigatoni

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan sauté olive oil, and garlic on low until starts to bubble
Add tomatoes salt and pepper
Cover and cook on low for about 30 minutes.
Add vodka and cook uncovered for another 25 minutes.
Add prosciutto and cook five minutes more.
Add heavy cream - cook 5 minutes and serve over cooked rigatoni IMMEDIATELY.
Add grated cheese and parley if you want.
