Ingredients:  
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 stalks celery finely chopped (optional)
2 carrots diced small (optional)
Salt and pepper
2 cans cannelloni beans with juice
1 can tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
1 box ditalini pasta or other small shape pasta
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan sauté garlic, celery and carrots in olive oil.
Add cannelloni beans undrained , chicken broth and tomato sauce
Season with salt, pepper and grated cheese to taste and simmer 15-20 minutes
Cook pasta, drain and add to soup.
Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with extra grated cheese.
Serve with hard crusted Italian bread.

Quick Sauce Recipe
You can substitute left over spaghetti sauce thinned out by adding chicken broth and grated cheese. Then add cooked pasta and extra grated cheese.
