Boneless pork chops - thin
1 Egg beaten
Pepperino romano cheese - grated
Breadcrumbs - seasoned

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from porkchops and dip in beaten egg. Thoroughly coat with cheese (really press the cheese onto the meat covering all the chop) then lightly dip in seasoned breadcrumbs on both sides. Fry in your favorite oil. Served with a side of angel hair pasta and sauce.
