Ingredients: Confectioners Sugar: 1 box of Confectioners Sugar 16-ounce box = 3½ cups of confectioners' sugar. 2-pound bag of Confectioners Sugar = 7½ cups Turbinado Sugar = Crunchy topping used by bakeries on pies, cookies, muffins, etc.
Marshmallows: 7 ounces of Marshmallow Creme =1½ cups marshmallows. 13 ounces of Marshmallow Creme =3 cups marshmallows. 1 regular size marshmallow = 13 miniature marshmallows. 8 regular marshmallows = 1 cup. 50 miniature marshmallows = a half cup of miniature marshmallows. 5 regular marshmallows =half cup. 16-ounce bag miniature marshmallows =8 cups. 10.5-ounce bag of miniature marshmallows = 5½ cups. 64 large marshmallows in a 16-ounce bag.
Chocolate: 1 square Chocolate = 3 Tablespoons Cocoa plus 1½ teaspoons Butter.
Baking Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch = 2 Tablespoons Flour 1 cup Self-Rising Flour = 1 cup All-Purpose Flour plus 1 teaspoon Baking Powder and ½ teaspoon salt. 1 cup Cake flour = 1 cup All Purpose Flour (minus 2 Tablespoons), plus 2 Tablespoons Corn
