Confectioners Sugar:
1 box of Confectioners Sugar 16 ounce box = 3 cups of confectioners sugar.
2 pound bag of Confectioners Sugar = 7 cups
Turbinado Sugar = Crunchy topping used by bakeries on pies, cookies, muffins, etc.

Marshmallows:.
7 ounces of Marshmallow Creme =1 cups marshmallows.
13 ounces of Marshmallow Creme =3 cups marshmallows.
1 regular size marshmallow = 13 miniature marshmallows.
8 regular marshmallows = 1 cup.
50 miniature marshmallows = a half cup of miniature marshmallows.
5 regular marshmallows =half cup.
16 ounce bag miniature marshmallows =8 cups.
10.5 ounce bag of miniature marshmallows = 5 cups.
64 large marshmallows in a 16 ounce bag.

Chocolate:
1 square Chocolate = 3 Tablespoons Cocoa plus 1 teaspoons Butter.

Baking Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch = 2 Tablespoons Flour
1 cup Self-Rising Flour = 1 cup All-Purpose Flour plus 1 teaspoon Baking Powder and teaspoon salt.
1 cup Cake flour = 1 cup All Purpose Flour (minus 2 Tablespoons), plus 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch or Arrowroot powder.
1 teaspoon Baking Powder = teaspoon Baking Soda plus teaspoon Cream of Tartar.
1 cup sugar = cup of Honey
Stevia 5 teaspoons = 1 cup sugar.
Liquid Stevia 1 teaspoons = 1 cup of sugar.
Xylitol is = sugar 1 to 1, spoon or cup, it's the same ration.
1 cup Buttermilk or Sour Milk = 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar in one cup of milk.
Egg = 1 teaspoon Baking Soda plus 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, plus 1 Tablespoon water, or 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise equals one egg. Use in cake batter only.

Cooking Ingredient:
1 cup bread crumbs = cup cereal, crackers or oats.
1 medium onion = 1 Tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes or 1 teaspoon onion powder.
1 clove garlic = 1 teaspoon garlic salt, or ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder or teaspoon of minced garlic.
1 teaspoon dry Mustard = 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard.
1 teaspoon lemon juice = teaspoon vinegar.
2 cups Tomato Sauce = cup Tomato Paste plus 1 cup water.
1 cup Tomato juice = cup tomato sauce plus cup water.
1 Tablespoon of any fresh herb = 1 teaspoon dried herb.
