1 - 11 oz. can White Shoepeg Corn (Drained)
½ C. White Onion (Diced)
¾ C. Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
½ C. Sour cream
8. oz. Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Diced Jalapeno to taste (I would dice up about 8 pickled slices more if you want)

Note: You will find the Green Giant Steam Crisp White Shoepeg Corn in the canned vegetable aisle!

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together.

Can be served right away, but for best flavor, serve after chilling for a few hours. Serve with Tortilla Chips or Fritos Scoops.

VERY easy appetizer, great for a party!!
