½ c. soft shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs (½ c.)
3 tbsp. cocoa
⅔ c. water
2¼ c. Softasilk + 1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
⅔ c. sour whipping cream
1½ tsp. vanilla
⅔ c. pecans

Directions:
Cream together until fluffy-shortening and brown sugar. Beat in eggs. Blend together and stir in cocoa and water. Sift together Softasilk, flour, soda, and salt. Stir in alternating with sour whipping cream and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Bake @ 375º.
