2¼ c. cake flour
1½ c. sugar
½ c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
3½ tsp. baking powder
⅓ c. milk
4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat flour, sugar, Crisco, salt, and baking powder for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add milk, eggs, vanilla. Bake for 30 minutes in 9x13" pan @ 350º.
