Ingredients:  
4-5 pounds of meaty chicken pieces
3 large celery stalks chopped
1 pepper chopped
2 small onions chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms drained
10 oz. spaghetti broken
1 pound can tomatoes
2 tablespoons ripe black olives chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 pound Velveeta cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in well seasoned water until tender.
Remove chicken and broth.
Measure one quart broth an place back in pan.
Bone and dice chicken set aside.
In broth add celery, peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms.
Let cook a few minutes.
Add spaghetti and boil until done.
Add tomatoes, olives, and soup.
Mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste and add Worcestershireş sauce and cheese.
Let melt and add chicken and serve.

Can be frozen like a casserole and baked 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
