1½ c. applesauce
2 tsp. soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 egg
½ c. nuts
½ c. dates
2½ c. flour
½ c. melted fat
½ tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine applesauce and soda, let foam in mixing bowl. Add sugar, raisins, egg, nuts, dates, flour, melted fat, salt, cloves, and cinnamon. Mix and bake at 350º.
