1½ lb flank steak
¼ C cornstarch
2 TAB sesame oil
½ tsp minced garlic
½ C soy sauce
½ C beef broth
¾ C brown sugar
½ C chopped onion
¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Directions:

Cut flank steak into thin strips across grain.
In zip lock bag, add flank steak pieces and corn starch.
Shake to coat.

Add sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, onion and red
pepper flakes to slow cooker.
Stir ingredients.
Add coated flank steak and stir again until coated in the sauce.

Cook for 2-3 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low until cooked throughout and tender.
Can serve over rice and garnish with seeds and onions.
