2 Tblsp. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. paprika
Cubed beef steak (about 1 ¾ lb.) or 1 boneless beef round steak
2 Tblsp. vegetable oil

1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 pkg. (1 oz.) dried onion soup mix
½ c. sour cream (or 6 oz. Greek yogurt)

Directions:
Dredge cubed steak in flour, garlic powder, pepper and paprika.

Lightly fry in skillet, a few minutes on each side. It is not necessary to cook completely.

Add meat to slow cooker.

Mix cream of mushroom soup, dry soup mix and beef broth. Pour over steak in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 ½ hours, or on low for 6 to 7 hours, or until meat is very tender.

Stir in sour cream, and cook another 10-15 minutes until heated through.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.

May also be prepared as above, and cooked in pressure cooker for about 15 minutes.

I usually double soups and broth, to make more gravy.
