1 1/2 lb. Brussel sprouts - trim and half lengthwise
2 T. oil
1/4 t. salt and pepper
6 slices bacon - cut 1" slice
2 cloves garlic - sliced thin
1 T. chopped scallions
1 T. chopped parsley
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 425º. Coat sheet pan with spray. Place sprouts on try in a single layer. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Scatter the sliced bacon and the sliced garlic over the sprouts. Sprinkle with the scallions. Bake 15-20 min. until they just start to brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley just before service.
