2 ripe avocados 2 sliced cucumbers 1 mango peeled pitted and chopped 1 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup chopped cilantro juice and rind of 2 limes salt /pepper few fresh chopped mint leaves 1/2 jalapeno seeded and chopped 1 1/2 cup water

Cut avocados in half scoop out flesh in a bowl add cukes mango yogurt cilantro lime salt/pepper mint and jalapeno. stir water. Transfer all to a blender puree in batches until smooth and transfer to a bowl Cover and refridgerate for 3 hours Taste to season with salt pepper and lime . Garnish with mint and or cilantro leaves.
