3 mashed bananas
⅔ cup oil
2 tsp. Baking Soda dissolved in ⅔ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
⅔ cup sugar
2 cups flour
pinch of salt

Mix well and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

It is important to dissolve the baking soda in the milk. It ensures that the baking soda won't remain in a clump which would result in a horrible taste to bite into. This is my grandma's recipe!
