Personal Notes:
I grew up making these with my grandma almost every time I visited her, which is a lot considering she only lives a few minutes away from my childhood home. Now that I am older, I can make them by myself but I will say they never turn out as good as the way grandma bakes them! Some of my best memories are from grandmas kitchen, and if we weren't making oatmeal squares, it is probably because we were eating them instead. Love you grandma!
