2 lb lean boneless pork cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 2 sliced large onions 3 crushed cloves garlic 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes 2 chopped carrots 1 cup chopped turnip 1 qt chick stock 1 qt beef stock salt/pepper 3 1/2 lb chicken cut into 8 pieces 4 green plantations peeled and cut into 2 inch slices 3 quartered limes

In a soup pot combine pork onions garlic tomatoes carrots turnip chicken , beef and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and lower heat skim froth . Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hour. Now add the chicken pieces and plantations return to a boil lower heat cover and simmer another 45 min. Serve the broth meats and veggies in a shallow bowl with lime wedges.
