4 lb. ground beef 85% 3 tbsp veg oil 3 large onions chopped 1 grated carrot 2 green bell peppers seeded and chopped 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped well 2tbsp chili powder 2 tbsp cayenne pepper 3 tbsp cumin 2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 cup brown sugar salt/pepper 4 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes 1 can small white beans 1 can chickpeas. 1 can beer an ale.

Shape beef in large patties and grill 5 min per side until med rare , set aside In a large pot add onions carrot oil bell peppers jalapeno chili powder cayenne cumin cinnamon sugar salt pepper. cook 10 min. Stir in crushed tomatoes beans chickpeas .Break up beef and stir in Simmer uncovered 1 hour add can of beer during process(ALE). taste add more jalapenos salt/pepper to taste. Let sit in fridge overnight. Then reheat next day.
