1½ cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
½ cup of margarine
¾ cup of sugar
¾ cup of ripe mashed bananas (approximately 2-3 bananas)
1 egg, well beaten
⅓ cup of sour milk
1 tsp of vanilla

Directions:

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a separate bowl, cream margarine. Add sugar and beaten egg. Add bananas alternately with milk and dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
