Directions:
Lightly grease a large skillet with vegetable or olive oil. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, put into pan with diced tomatoes, cook over medium heat until chicken turns white. Add cream of chicken soup and seasonings, tasting to get the seasoning right for your palate, heat until mixture is hot.

Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain in a colander. In pan that noodles cooked in add butter, garlic and paprika, stri until butter is melted. Return noodles to the pot and stir.

Remove chicken mixture from heat, stir and add more seasoning if desired to increase spice level, (if mixture is thin, let sit for 15 minutes, if too thick, add a little milk to thin)

Personal Notes:
Ro*tel has several flavors of diced tomatoes with different chilis. You can substitute any of them that you like. Adjust the seasonings you use to match the diced tomato flavor you choose.

I have added ghost pepper sauce, habanero sauce, jalapeno sauce, etc., for spicier flavor. Feel free to experiment, that is how I came up with this recipe.
