2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp granulated sugar
pinch salt
4 tbsp all purpose flour
Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat oven to 400º.

Liberally butter four individuals ramekins or glass custard cups, set aside. Melt chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan, stir until smooth, set aside. In a medium bowl whisk together egg yolks, eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt. Whisk in the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle sifted flour over the mixture and fold in. Divide batter evenly between the four buttered ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. The cakes should rise above the edge of the dishes and should be dark brown when done. Remove from oven. Dust with powdered sugar. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve while still hot. Delicious just as they are, but really good served with sweetened fresh raspberries and/or vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

These are really rich and so chocolately. When served with berries and ice cream they seem like a really fancy dessert, for not a lot of effort.
